Project Scope:
produce design plans and 3D renderings to reflect client needs (drawings will keep the client, designer and contractor on the same page)
coordinating onsite meetings with client, soliciting estimates from contractors
assisting in the coordination of a construction schedule
onsite visits with client and contractor to ensure design specifications are being followed, number of visits to be determined
reviewing work done prior to project being completed
